Most staterooms have convertible twin-to-queen beds, and all feature sofas in a sitting area. Every ship has accessible staterooms to accommodate guests with special needs.
Deluxe Verandah Ocean-view Staterooms
In addition to the above stateroom amenities, the popular Verandah accommodations feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a private verandah for guests to enjoy.
Spa Suites and Staterooms
Conveniently located near the Greenhouse Spa and Salon for easy access, these accommodations feature special in-room spa amenities such as yoga mats, an iPod® docking station and a countertop water feature to enhance in-room serenity.
Exclusively available on Vista and Signature Class ships, Signature Suites offer the additional amenities of a bathroom with dual-sink vanity, full-size whirlpool bath as well as shower stall, large sitting area with sofa bed for one person, and private verandah with floor-to-ceiling window/sliding glass door. Signature Suites also add to the above Vista Suite amenities with one-touch telephone concierge service, fresh flowers and complimentary DVD library.
Neptune Suites and Pinnacle Suites
These spacious suites include many more amenities and exclusive services designed to appeal to discriminating guests. Neptune Suites have two beds that convert into one king-size bed, a walk-in closet and large sitting area with sofa bed for two persons.
Pinnacle Suites feature a king-size bed, sofa bed for two persons in the living room, dining room, pantry, mini-bar refrigerator, microwave, dressing room, guest powder room, floor-to-ceiling windows and private stereo system.

The Neptune Lounge for Neptune and Pinnacle Suite Guests
The industry-leading Neptune Lounge offers a private place to relax, socialize with other suite guests and enjoy the personalized service of a concierge. Exclusive for Neptune and Pinnacle Suite guests, the fleet-wide lounges provide large screen television, wi-fi, library, sofas and chairs, work tables, and refreshments throughout the day.
Through the concierge, guests can confirm shore excursions, car rentals, spa appointments and reservations at the Pinnacle Grill. One-Touch 24-hour Concierge Service is available when the Neptune Lounge is closed.
Special Services for All Staterooms
For hearing-impaired guests, Holland America Line can assist with TTD-teletex communication between the front office and guest stateroom, a blinking doorbell light, closed-caption television and a vibrating system to gently alert/awaken them. Guests should ask their travel agent to contact HAL Access and Compliance Department in Seattle at 800-577-1731, prior to departure.
Holland America Line provides wheelchair assistance only for embarkation and disembarkation assistance in the pier and emergency situations, due to a limited supply of wheelchairs onboard.
